Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Initial Deposit Refunds
Our 50% project kick-off deposits are fully refundable within 48 hours of payment, provided that our design partners have not initiated active layout planning. After 48 hours, the deposit is retained to cover initial design scoping and allocation resources.
2. Staging & Milestone Settlement
Work completed for client-approved stages (including dynamic blueprints and wireframe prototypes) is non-refundable. Once a milestone phase has been approved and billed, the corresponding payment cannot be recovered.
3. Post-Deployment
Once project source code has been uploaded to client servers (including hosting cPanel setup and domain records configuration), no refunds are issued. Ongoing maintenance and support coordinates are governed by separate service-level agreements.
4. Dispute Resolution
For questions regarding invoice errors or milestone discrepancies, please reach out to our billing coordinates at sales@meradomain.com before initiating third-party claims.
