1. Project Commissioning
By accepting a visual blueprint and executing a design brief, clients agree to the target timelines, specifications, and scope configurations outlined in the project contract. Modifications to key components outside the signed blueprint will incur scope-adjustment fees.
2. Payment & Invoicing Milestones
Unless stated otherwise in writing, project invoicing adheres to our structured milestone system: 50% deposit before design initiation, and 50% upon static staging deployment approval. Code and asset handovers are executed only after final payment has settled.
3. Intellectual Assets
MeraDomain retains intellectual rights to core libraries, visual templates, and canvas engines built prior to client engagement. Upon project settlement, client retains ownership of custom graphics, visual copy, and final page layouts designed explicitly for their domains.
4. Project Termination
Either party may terminate an active contract if milestones are breached. In the event of client-side termination, deposits made towards completed staging stages are non-refundable.
